Providing Leadership and Direction for CCF
CCF Governance Committee
The Governance Committee reviews, updates and drafts policies, procedures, bylaws, and other documents governing the Foundation for Board approval. In addition, the Governance Committee guides the operation of the Foundation’s human resources. The Governance Committee is chaired by the Board of Director’s Vice Chair and is made up of current Board Members. Members of the Governance Committee also make up the foundation’s Nominating Committee, along with additional current and former board members. This committee reviews applications and interview potential Board Members for Board approval.
Finance and Audit Committee
The Finance and Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s budget, financial & investment policies and monitors investment performance. The Chair of this committee, named by the Board of Directors’ Chair, can be either a current board member or community volunteer. The Board of Directors’ Treasurer acts as the Board Point of Contact for the Finance and Audit Committee if the Chair is not a member of the Board.
